“Heroes and Heritage of Crown Hill” Sunset Walking Tour

Location:       Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN
                   Meet the guide at the 34^th Street and Boulevard Place Gate

Time:              6:00 to 8:00 pm

Cost:               Tour is FREE with Beyond the Badge 5K Run & Walk entry
                   Non-entrant fee:  $5.00 adults; $4.00 seniors; $3.00 students

No Reservations Required

Highlights:

·         Tour presents the history of Crown Hill Cemetery while visiting the graves of  “Heroes” that have made the ultimate sacrifice for their communities and country. 

·         Jerry Baker, Jason’s Father, will be the featured speaker at the Heroes of Public Safety Memorial

·         Proceeds to benefit the Jason M. Baker Public Safety Scholarship Fund

Times:            All events and races begin and end in front of the Community Mausoleum

7:30 to 8:45 a.m.     Registration & Packet Pick-up

8:00 a.m.                Non-denominational worship service at the Peace Chapel

8:15 a.m.                Opening Ceremony                               

                   9:00 a.m.                5-K Run/Walk Start for Individuals & Teams

9:05 a.m.                1.5-Mile Family Stroll Start                     

                   10:15 a.m.              Awards Ceremony
